Soy Milk Creamer, Almond Breeze, frozen org strawberries, frozen pineapple tidbits, chipotle red pepper and roasted garlic hummus, multi-colored tortilla chips, nitrate free turkey bacon, jalepeno chicken sausage, cuban black beans, 100 cal cookies, low sodium tuna, frozen grilled chicken breast strips, and wine of course.

  3. My list this week was heavily influenced by the fearless flyer.... Chimichurri salmon, Char Siu Bao, Boeuf Bourguignon, Chicken Lasagna, Danish Pancakes, Turkey Meatloaf muffins, frozen spinach, frozen french green beans, frozen corn, Carbonara ravoli, 17 Bean Barley soup mix, canned tomatoes, Pumpkin Bread mix, dark chocolate PB cups.

  4. Potatoes Au Gratin Dutch Goat cheese maybe a great topping idea next time I slice up some potatoes for breakfast. I just tried some of the new frozen Cannoli recently. It is not bad for frozen, and even better than fresh Cannoli I have had locally.

  6. Lunch and nibbly things so I don't have the urge to hit up fast food for lunch...15 pounds lost and I'm just getting started.

    So: Sea Salt Pita Crackers, Garlic Roasted and Spicy Hummus, 100 Calorie Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies, Reduce Fat Tortilla Chips, Veggie Chips, Kettle Corn, Laughing Cow Light, TJ's Light String Cheese, Mini Pita Bread, Cantaloupe, Bananas, Strawberries, Persian Cucumbers, Grapes, Sliced Roasted Turkey and Spicy Egg White Salad.
