cookies are good. I mean really, really good. I have yet to have a cookie as good as these. I
mean, there can't be much better things than making cookies from Trader Joe's Speculoos Cookie Butter. Am I right?

These are
Cookie Butter and Cocoa Swirl Cookies. I used a jar of Trader Joe's Speculoos Cookie Butter & Cocoa Swirl, but you could use regular Cookie Butter if you prefer. These tasted like Snickerdoodles, but at a whole new level
and they were
really easy to make, but the dough needs to be refrigerated for about 5 hours before baking. Check out the recipe

The cocoa butter gives them a rich flavor, while the cocoa powder and sugar provide a sweet, chocolaty taste. The eggs add a light, airy texture, and the marshmallow creme swirl adds an extra layer of gooey goodness.
