These cookies are good. I mean really, really good. I have yet to have a cookie as good as these. I
mean, there can't be much better things than making cookies from Trader Joe's Speculoos Cookie Butter. Am I right?
These are Cookie Butter and Cocoa Swirl Cookies. I used a jar of Trader Joe's Speculoos Cookie Butter & Cocoa Swirl, but you could use regular Cookie Butter if you prefer. These tasted like Snickerdoodles, but at a whole new level and they were really easy to make, but the dough needs to be refrigerated for about 5 hours before baking.
